Akoya Omakase and Bōken Sake invite you to an evening inspired by the energy and elegance of Tokyo in the 1920’s.
The experience begins with a cocktail reception featuring two cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres before guests take their seats for a multi-course omakase dinner by Chef Peter Hoang. Each course will be paired with a curated selection of sakes from Boken, highlighting the depth and character of their portfolio.
Blending the atmosphere of a classic supper club with the precision and craftsmanship of modern omakase, the evening offers an intimate dining experience centered around thoughtful food, exceptional sake, and shared celebration.
Guests are strongly encouraged to dress in 1920’s inspired attire to help bring the spirit of the evening to life. Best dressed guests will receive a special surprise.
