Throughout April, Akoya Omakase presents The Bōken Journey, a month-long showcase highlighting the expressive and approachable styles of Bōken Japanese sake. Known for balance, clarity, and versatility at the table, Bōken offers a range of profiles that pair beautifully alongside sushi and seasonal Japanese cuisine.
